The problem wasn’t the percentage
Sometimes the industry becomes so focused on percentages that it forgets everything else. Behind any serious operation, there are trainings, support, infrastructure, payments, and full teams working every day so others can grow with stability. And often, that invisible work is exactly what makes the difference.

For years, much of the conversation within the webcam industry revolved around one obsession: the percentage.
Which agency paid more.
Who charged less.
Who promised “better conditions”.
And while everyone debated numbers, often no one was talking about what truly mattered.
Because over time it became clear that the real burnout for a model or a studio rarely came from a 2% difference one way or another.
It came from uncertainty.
From not knowing when a payment would arrive.
From waiting hours or days for answers.
From feeling alone when an important issue came up.
From working within improvised systems, with no real structure behind them.
What’s interesting is that often even the platforms themselves don’t fully grasp everything that happens behind a serious operation.
In fact, recently one of the best-known platforms in the industry asked us directly whether at The Webcam Company we really provided training… or whether we simply “paid more”.
The question was interesting. And revealing, too.
And honestly, it left us puzzled, because after more than 18 years building teams, processes, and consistent support, discovering that there are still people who believe everything comes down to “paying more” says a lot about how invisible the real operational work behind a serious agency usually is. And yes, in a certain sense, we have always “paid more,” because TWC remains the only agency in Colombia that does not charge an agency commission, while at the same time maintaining a complete structure for training, support, guidance, and payment infrastructure for models and studios.
Because it shows just how far an extremely limited view of what it means to build a sustainable operation within this industry still exists.
Running a real agency was never just about “referring models”.
Behind a solid structure are full teams working every day so other people can grow professionally with stability, support, and continuity.
Just in the last quarter, TWC delivered more than 500 personalized training sessions across the main platforms we work with globally.
More than 500.
That means hours of guidance, follow-up, strategy, technical support, profile optimization, commercial direction, and constant preparation to help models and studios stay competitive in an increasingly professionalized industry.
A dedicated advisor team devoted exclusively to the day-to-day support of talent and studios.
Real people.
Available.
Present.
Not automated replies lost in WhatsApp.
Not improvisation.
There is also a 24/5 support team that responds, organizes, and resolves situations every day for hundreds of active operations around the world.
And behind all of that, a payment infrastructure designed specifically to ensure that models and studios receive their payments quickly, reliably, and predictably.
Because someone has to make sure everything works.
And usually, that invisible work doesn’t show up in a percentage.
The industry evolved. And with it, the priorities of those who understood this as a long-term career rather than a temporary improvisation also changed.
Today, the strongest models and studios are not just looking to monetize.
They’re looking for operational stability.
Clear processes.
Constant support.
Real guidance.
Reliable payments.
Infrastructure.
Order.
Because peace of mind has value too.
At TWC, we understood a long time ago that sustainable growth depends not only on how much money comes in, but on how much friction exists around that money.
The difference between an improvised operation and a solid structure is rarely noticeable in the first month.
It shows after years.
When the payments keep coming.
When support keeps answering.
When relationships keep growing.
When the teams keep showing up.
When the processes keep working even in difficult moments.
Over time, many discovered something important:
Losing peace of mind is a lot more expensive than paying a minimal difference.
